Shipping

Our pieces are made to order (printed just for you), so most orders ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll get tracking by email when it’s on the way. 

Team store orders

Team/school store items ship after the store closes — we print the whole run together and ship to each family. Expect your order about 14 days after the store’s close date.

Sizing & fit

Our tees and crews run [true to size / size up for an oversized fit]. See each product page for the garment and a size guide. [Add a size chart.]

Returns & exchanges

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns on personalized or made-to-order items. If you receive a product that is damaged reach out and we’ll make it right.
