Shipping
Every MT Co piece is made to order — printed just for you — and typically ships within 5–7 business days. You’ll get tracking by email when it’s on the way.
Team-store orders
For team and school stores, we offer two ways to deliver — whatever works best for your group:
- Rolling delivery — orders ship as they come in (within 5–7 business days), so families get their gear fast.
- One combined delivery — we print the whole order together after the store closes and ship it all at once.
Not sure which is right for your team? We’ll help you choose when we set up your store.
Sizing & exchanges
Every product page includes a size chart — but we totally get that sometimes things just fit differently. We accept exchanges up to 7 days after you receive your product. Just reach out and we’ll sort it out.
Returns
If you ever receive a product that doesn’t meet your standards, please reach out — we’ll work with you to make it right.
Fundraising
